OUR MISSION

WEIRA's mission is to create a strong support system and resources for immigrant women in crisis, such as domestic violence, tough divorce, new immigration process and devastating career changes.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Our case managers provide strategic plan for overcoming a domestic violence situation, providing guidance at every stage, along with emotional support and legal consultations.

TOUGH DIVORCE​

​

Navigate tough divorce with our legal resources and emotional support. 

NEW IMMIGRATION
​

Emotional support, legal consultations, career coaching and community networking for new immigrants for post-Soviet countries. 

CAREER CHANGES 
​

We provide career counseling, job search help and emotional support to guide you through career hardship.
