Every woman who becomes WEIRA client is assigned a dedicated Case Manager — a trusted professional who carefully assesses her unique situation and provides personalized guidance every step of the way. Our Case Managers offer:

• Individualized crisis recovery plans tailored to each woman’s needs

• Advocacy and counseling to empower clients in making informed decisions

• Safety education and personalized Safety Planning, when necessary

• Logistical coordination with WEIRA’s in-house professionals, including the Emotional Support Team, lawyers, interpreters, divorce financial advisors, housing program specialists, career coaches and support groups

• Access to external legal and social resources when additional support is required

• Ongoing support at every stage, ensuring continuous guidance and adjustment of the action plan based on client feedback after consultations with various specialists.

At WEIRA we believe that emotional stability is the foundation for overcoming crisis situations and achieving long-term success. That’s why we offer Personal Support, a comprehensive program designed to help women navigate emotional challenges and build resilience.

Our Personal Support program includes individual sessions with our dedicated Emotional Support Team as well as access to support groups. We provide a confidential and compassionate space where women can address their immediate emotional needs and, when ready, take steps toward lasting emotional well-being.

Navigating legal challenges can be overwhelming, especially for immigrant women facing family or immigration-related issues. That’s why we provide pro bono legal consultations with family law and immigration attorneys, as well as a divorce financial advisor.

Every woman who becomes a WEIRA client has access to free consultations with these professionals. While our attorneys do not represent clients in court, they offer critical legal guidance to help women understand their rights and make informed decisions about their next steps.
